A graduate with an MBA in Hospital Administration from Hamdard University, New Delhi, Mr. Shehinsha began his career at the grassroots level within Kerala’s hospital systems. Serving in key roles such as Strategic Head and Relations Lead in reputed healthcare institutions, he witnessed first-hand the systemic challenges faced by rural and underprivileged communities.

It was during these formative years that he realized: access to healthcare doesn't always equate to access to dignity. That single realization would shape the foundation of everything he would go on to build.
